Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the Foundation. Its function is to fulfil the Foundation’s objectives and administer the assets and rights that make up the Foundation’s patrimony.

Advisory Board
The Advisory Board is made up of all those individuals, institutions, entities and private or public companies that express an interest in supporting the Foundation, with the aim of achieving the following objectives:
- To raise the profile of the Foundation and its lines of action in the social, economic, cultural, political and business spheres.
- Propose to the Board of Trustees the Foundation’s own activities that they consider appropriate, in line with the objectives for which it was created.
- To provide the Foundation with promotional systems that enable it to obtain funding to achieve its founding purposes.
- To recruit new members to join the Advisory Board.

Scientific Committee
It is made up of renowned figures from the scientific and medical community. It consists of the director, secretary and five committees representing the speciality, which perform the following functions:
- Promoting scientific and research activities.
- Promoting scientific collaboration between entities.
- Evaluating scientific projects and scholarship applications.
- Selecting the professional career or line of ongoing research to which the Dexeus Mujer International Award will be granted.
- Advising the Foundation on any project or activity within its field of expertise.
