Registration fees include participation in scientific clinicians sessions, forum bag, program, all printed material of the forum, the exhibition area, coffee breaks, and light lunch.<\/p>\n

* Non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by documentation of residency, or a letter from the Department Head, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on the department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Forum.<\/p>\n

Daily Registration fees include: Participation in scientific clinicians sessions, forum attendant kit, program, Forum materials, the exhibition area, coffee breaks, and light lunch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Cancellation Policy for Registration<\/h2>\n
\n

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
\nBefore Aug. 18, 2022- 100% refund (minus \u20ac 50 handling fee)
\nFrom Aug. 19, 2022 – 50% refund
\nNo refund on cancellations received after Oct. 5, 2022<\/p>\n

In the event of pandemic and\/or declaration of a State of Alarm, or the free movement of attendees within Spanish territory is prevented, in the event of total cancellation or postponement, the registration fee will be fully refunded, except for \u20ac50 in management fee concept.<\/p>\n
