Research
We promote research to improve healthcare for women
Science is in our DNA
At the Foundation, we promote the advancement of knowledge in the field of women’s health by promoting our own research lines or those in collaboration with other entities, publishing in high-impact journals in the scientific community, developing clinical trials, awarding prizes and financial grants, supervising doctoral theses, and organising conferences and professional meetings.
Studies and clinical trials
Our team actively contributes to increasing the scientific heritage of the field through studies carried out in our Department and/or in collaboration with other research centres and groups, universities, and hospitals, both nationally and internationally. It also conducts clinical trials to improve the effectiveness of assisted reproduction techniques, prenatal diagnosis, gynaecological oncology, and breast pathology, among other areas. In the last 5 years alone, we have published more than 211 studies in high-impact journals and increased our scientific output by 60%.
Active participation in national and international forums
Our professionals hold positions of responsibility and are members of the main scientific societies in our field. They are also present at the most relevant national and inter tional forums in the sector. In addition, due to their prestige and experience, they are invited to give lectures, participate in round tables and moderate debates at numerous conferences and scientific and academic events.
